Flash Post: The Fairest

Mirror Mirror Umbra

What It Is: A brand new addition to the Umbra line of home decor items, this charming mirror grabs one of the most famous vanity lines ever spoken and makes it a decorative focal point. While you can still certainly gaze upon your fine features in the mirror, it’s really meant to serve as a piece of wall art, perfect for your walk-in closet, powder room, or even the front entrance.

Who It’s For: Your still-a-princess daughter, to complement her fairy tale-inspired decor. Your still-inspired-by-Cinderella sister, as a precious housewarming gift. Your can’t-believe-she-married-you wife, to remind her how beautiful you find her every single day.

What It Costs: $50.

Where It’s At: The Umbra store + decor / gift stores nationwide should start to stock it very soon.

Cinderella my favourite. Wouldn’t this be a wonderful gift for a teenage girl!

My favourite fairy tale is Beauty and the Beast. Not the Disney version but the retelling by Robin McKinley. The mirror is really pretty, but I’d probably put it in a bedroom or bathroom, to avoid seeming overly vain :0

  15. Joan G says:

Beauty and the Beast. I think the mirror is a great idea so much more chic than the written sayings that are stuck on the wall.

  16. Danielle says:

I like Beauty and the Beast. The mirror is nice as decor but too distracting for a regular mirror :p

  17. Alison K says:

My favourite fairy tale is Fox & the Hound, a fairy tale of true friendship :) Though it’s a nice art piece, for the price I’d like to be to use it for true purpose.

    Thank you
