Flash Post: Hanging Around

What It Is: Easy-on, easy-off collapsible hangers that let you rummage through your wardrobe with one hand and easily grab your favourite dress, shirt, or sweater without stretching the neckline (bonus – they fold up if you’re wanting to pack some hangers for a trip abroad). They crossed my path via Quirky, the world’s coolest product invention / design site, and are actually designed by an enviably innovative one-time Canadian resident Howard Tseng.
Who It’s For: Your mother-in-law, who’s arthritis makes fumbling with clunky hangers a serious nightmare. Your sister-in-law, who kindly invited the two of you up to her cabin this spring and is in dire need of little home accents. Your best friend, who’s completely eclipsed the master bedroom walk-in closet and could use a little simplification in her (wardrobe) life.
What It Costs: $10.99 gets you a four-pack.
Where It’s At: The SOLO hanger is available at the aforementioned Quirky, where you can dream up, vote on, and see crazy new product ideas come to life.
