Flash Post: The Stacks

What It Is: A perfect solution for major bookworms with minor amounts of space, the Sapien Bookcase can hold between 50-70 books (depending on which model you select) and display them in a modern, floating style to boot. Available in two colours and sizes (and a nice discount if you opt to buy two of any style), these are a great pick for those with small or simply heavily design-influenced spaces.
Who It’s For: Your daughter the bookworm, as a wonderful wedding or housewarming gift. Your parents, to furnish their downsized empty nester condo with a little style. Your culinary-crazy sibling or spouse, to store all her cookbooks artfully in the kitchen.
What It Costs: The small shelf is $198, while the bigger one is $298. Buy any two (as of writing this post) and save $50. Shipping to Canada is between 15-20% of your order, depending on where you live.
Where It’s At:  The very cool home decor shop Design Within Reach.

This seems a tad pricey, what with shipping and all, but it would look really nice in a modern home. 🙂 #CGG

What it is: Perfect for me!….almost.

Our apartment is teeny tiny and I have books piled EVERYWHERE lol (on our books shelf, tables, counters, on the back of the toilet and even under the bed).I am always on the lookout for simple, space saving organizers like this. It’s only downfall is the crazy price. #CGG

What a fabulous and funky bookshelf. I could use a few of these! #CGG

I definitely need something like this! I agree with above posters though — at half the price and the shipping cost … #CGG
