Flash Post: Shine On
What It Is: Greetings shoppers. How’s that holiday hangover treating you as you hit the stores for mega deals this blustery Boxing Day? Oh, and how’s that hair? If, like me, your tresses are a little fried from one too many holiday updos combined with the wicked winter weather, then you may want to consider popping down to Lush today to try out some of their new hair goodies. Because need I remind you: the biggest fete of them all is but a few days away! First up is Blousey, a new, uber-moisturizing, uber-nourishing, uber-gentle shampoo designed to take care of coloured, overprocessed, damaged locks in as a little as one use (I speak from experience). The intoxicating smell of blackcurrent and juniper berry is mashed up with exotic bananas and butters for a serious mane reprieve.
Meanwhile if you’re simply overdue for a hair cut cause your hairdresser was booked up for the last month, smooth things over with the new Shine So Bright serum. This sweet-smelling solid has a slightly waxy texture that’s easy to apply to any of your frayed tresses. The combination of eggs, extra virgin coconut and olive oils, and shea butter will have your locks looking rock solid in no time.
Who It’s For: Your fighting-the-greys auntie, as a way to keep her wiry hair in check. Your just-went-blonde bestie, to make sure she looks her best on NYE. Your default-to-ponytail wife, so she can restore new life to her locks even through the grimmest wintery months.
What It Costs: Blousey is $24.95 and Shine So Bright is $9.95
Where It’s At: Lush of course!
Ohhhh and if you’re looking for another bonus entry into my holiday hostess giveaway, just leave me a comment below with which of these two products you think your hair would most benefit from.
Oooeeeh, now I wanna get some! nice post x
I could use the Shine So Bright – my hair could use some TLC.
I could use the Blousey shampoo.
I could definitely use good shampoo like blousey to repair my dry hair from coloring.
I would love to try Shine So Bright and what’s with the wiry greys–they seem to pop up at the most inopportune times! Lush products are a real treat and make great gifts anytime.
I’d pick Shine So Bright, as blonde hair tends to go darker in winter. I already use Lush’s Blonde solid shampoo and Marilyn conditioner.
Uber moisturizing sounds great to me, I like the sounds of Blousey.
The Shine So Bright serum sounds like something I could use!
I think I need Blousey, my hair is so horrible in the winter and I just love Lush products and who couldn’t use a little uber?
My hair is crying out for Blousey. My hair is coloured and very dry and needs a lot of TLC.
I would like to try Blousey, it sounds like it would work wonders…
My hair could totally do with the Shine So Bright serum. It sounds like it would be good stuff, so I’m going to try it!!

Shine so bright would be great for my hair , it’s short and I like to spike it abit.
My hair could benefit from the Shine So Bright serum.
The Shine So Bright sounds like something I could use.
Good Tidings We Bring (Dec13) bonus entry #1: the product I think my hair would most benefit from would be “Blousey”. I would be worried that “Shine So Bright” would leave a film on my hair or make it feel tacky.
Thanks
I could definitely use Lush’s Blousey for my coloured, gray hair! #CGG
I think Blousey would benefit my hair for sure. I have had to take a break from colouring to do some repairs.
I could use the Blousey to help my damaged hair.
Blousey for me as well, looks like a popular choice
My daughter would benefit from Shine so Bright for her fly-away locks!
Blousey would be perfect for my daughter. 🙂
