Flash Post: Fortune Colour
What It Is: Upcycled handmade crayons in fun fortune cookie shapes – easy-to-grip for little hands, but also a pretty cool decor piece if you were to buy them for a quirky adult. Truth be told, these are just one of the dozens of varieties available at eco chic Etsy boutique Ivy Lane Designs, but I have a particular penchant for this singular shape, and thus its earned top honours today. Plus you all know how much I love colours…
Who It’s For: Your grandkids, as a safe and fun alternative to regular crayons (and their iPads). Your coworker, for when he needs a break from using his brain and to decorate his desk. Your niece & nephew, to stuff into their Easter baskets.
What It Costs: $27 CDN for 20…although shipping is a hefty $21.95 (combine it with another item for savings)
Where It’s At: The aforementioned very fun and vast Etsy shop Ivy Lane Designs. Although shipping is steep on this particular item, I couldn’t resist sharing it with you – check out the full shop for other ideas at much cheaper shipping prices.
Looking for an Ezensa bonus entry? Tell me what type of crayons you’d love to buy for a friend or family member from Ivy Lane Designs!
Cute!
The fortune cookie crayons would be a novel gift.
These are so neat!!! I’ve love the Dinosaur ones!
Wow, shipping is almost the same price as the crayons! Love the crayons though; super cute Easter gift for my niece
I love the Easter bunny crayons- they’d make a great addition to an Easter basket. Hopefully they wouldn’t get eaten tho,lol
I would love the lego action figure crayons!! Very creative idea 🙂
I liked the under the sea starfish…. Lots of cool shapes but I am not sure that little hands can actually grasp them well or color within lines with many of the designs. It is a pretty idea for sure and looks good in a loot bag though.
I like the ladybug, so cute.
Ezensa bonus entry: I’d love to buy for a friend or family member from Ivy Lane Designs their “Kids’ EASTER Basket Heart-Shaped CRAYON NECKLACES”. The eco aspect is endearing, “Everything is repurposed, even the strings which are made from t-shirts.” Thanks for the introduction.
Would like to get the fish crayons for my great nephew! he love fishies. 🙂
