Flash Post: Shine, Sparkle, Sort!

Over The Door Jewelry ArmoireWhat It Is: An ingenious storage solution for small spaces. Hang this mirrored cabinet over the back of your door (alternatively it also mounts to a wall) and suddenly you’ll have access to two-in-one functionality. The inside of the cabinet makes it a snap to organize your earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, while the shatterproof mirror will help you finish off your look each day.

Who It’s For: Your daughter, as a housewarming gift she’ll actually use. Your mom, as a Mother’s Day incentive to finally get her baubles and trinkets in order. Your wife, with a new piece to add to her collection tucked away inside of course.

What It Costs: Approximately $171

Where It’s At: Overstock.com

Sanuk bonus entry time! Just tell me in the comments below – can you see yourself putting this on your wish list?

(Sanuk Bonus entry) – oh yes, I’ve got the perfect spot for it – this would be a game saver for those days when someone else (ahem, ahem) is hogging the access to the bathroom mirror.

  2. Debbie Bashford says:

That’s brilliant, I love that it can hang on the door and has a mirrored front (bonus entry)

  7. Victoria Ess says:

I don’t know — I love the idea, but I think it looks terrible on the back of that door. Maybe on the wall or something.

  8. Julie G. says:

I think it’s a smart idea, though I’d install it on a wall instead of the back of the door.

  9. cookie3 says:

It wouldn’t be on my wish list because I have no need for it but it was on my daughter’s wish list & guess what? Daddy crafted her one to hang on the wall. She loves it.

  10. Holly says:

    I want one!

  11. Maybe inside a closet door… I would not like to see that inside a room on the door. Practical idea but not sure about the look.

  12. I’d use this on the back of my bedroom door. My jewellery is thrown willy nilly into three boxes at the moment. Not pretty.

  13. Jayne Myers says:

I’m in the process of trying to get better organized so this would be perfect. Definitely would put it on my list.

  14. pacificnxnw says:

  15. Lori Z says:

(Sanuk Bonus entry) — yes, I could really use one of these. It’d be soooo much better than my jumble of jewelry piled in my dresser drawer!

  16. Susan says:

This is a brilliant way to get extra storage and have a mirror to check yourself before going out! I’m guessing a woman was behind this design. Love it!

More than my wish list, I need to put this on my must have list.

Sanuk bonus entry: yes, I can see myself putting this on my wish list but probably not for the price. I don’t think my jewelry collection is worth that much.
