Flash Post: Cube As Can Be
What It Is: There’s something to be said about food that not only tastes good, but looks amazing and is well, kind of fun. This sushi chef’s kitchen device is the ticket to all three – it can be used to whip up chef-quality sushi, plus other entrées and desserts in mere seconds. Not a sushi eater? You can use it to make avant garde interpretation of savoury appetizers like potato puffs and falafel, or concoct a pyramid of brownies or a stack of cake pops.
Who It’s For: Your sushi-loving best friend, to save on those dining out costs. Your party-hosting sister, to serve up appetizers that impress. Your kitchen-gadget-collecting mom, so she can wow you with all its multiple uses (hint: it also works great for moms with picky kids – how can you not have fun playing with these stackable cubes?)
What It Costs: A bargain at $19.99
Where It’s At: Cookworks.ca lists it as ‘coming soon‘
Y-Spa bonus entry: Did you see yesterday’s feature on Y-Spa for Men? Earn a bonus entry into that draw by telling me in the comments below: would you find a use for the Rice Cube?
I am not sure I would use the Rice Cube, but My daughter loves sushi, so it would make a great gift for her.
I’m thinking, once a year, I’d use the Rice Cube to make something special for guests.
Nope, I wouldn’t use it. I am not a rice fan at all – ugh!
nah, I wouldn’t bother using it.Besides that it would take up valuable space in my kitchen. Too much of a fad for me.
I did see yesterday’s feature on Y-spa. My family loves sushi so I really like the rice cube and I would use it.
I don’t think I would use this rice cube as I already have a number of kitchen gadgets I don’t use often enough. Perhaps if I was a sushi eater???
It would end up in the back of some drawer and never get used.
We wouldn’t find a use for it in our home. We are not sushi fans and we also don’t eat a lot of rice.
Y-Spa bonus entry: – can’t imagine I would find a use for this
I’d love to try making something with one of these just to see what it’s like.
Y-Spa bonus entry; I did see yesterday’s feature on Y-Spa for Men. I would find a use for the Rice Cube but probably not enough uses to warrant buying another kitchen gadget. Thanks
