I hate to break it to any of you novice chefs out there, but a cook, chef or baker is truly only as good as their tools. I would add the Stainless Steel 2QT Tea Kettle to my fantasy kitchen, and I would gift to anyone. There is something special about boiling your tea water the old fashioned way with a kettle that whistles. Plus getting in there to clean is always better than the electric ones.
