Movie Magic

Harry Potter Pop Up BookWhat It Is: My husband and I recently paid a visit to Universal Studios’ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which was pretty much like stepping into the books (or at least, the films). If you don’t have plans to make a sojourn south however, this magical book for fans of the Harry Potter series may serve as the next best thing. Delving into several of the films’ most memorable sets with commentary from set designer Bruce Foster, you’ll have the chance to whip through to scale models of the sets while also picking up magical behind-the-scenes tidbits.

Who It’s For: Any Potterhead, burgeoning or diehard.

What It Costs: The list price is $39.95 but it can be purchased for less online ($25 on Amazon, as of writing this).

Where It’s At: Fine booksellers nationwide, and Amazon.ca

Bonus entry for my Museum of Extraordinary Things giveaway. Leave a comment below telling me what you think of this nifty Harry Potter gift!
