Tips Transformation

MAC Nail Lacquer TransformationsWhat It Is: A new collection of top coats from M∙A∙C that not only seal in your chosen shade, but actually transform it. Four of the top coats will give your nails an opalescent sheen – adding a hint of pink, blue, green or gold. Another one is completely sheer, but will provide a textured finish similar to pebbled leather. And the final one – the black bottle pictured above – darkens your nails, allowing you to get two colours out of one bottle of your regular polish. Ingenious.

Who It’s For: Your beauty blogging friend, because this is totally a trend she’ll want to share. Your at-the-lake sibling, so she can get more mileage out of less beauty products. Your sticks-to-red Mom, so she can at least dabble in some new shades.

What It Costs:Each top coat retails for $14.

Where It’s At: M∙A∙C stores (including mini-stores within Hudson’s Bay) or online.

Bonus entry into my The One & Only giveaway: Tell me in the comments below – which of these transformative shades would you like to try? You can learn more about them here.
