Where Do We Glow From Here?
What It Is: As fall rolls in and the days get shorter, there’s something quite lovely about slightly brisk autumn nights, something that almost just feels right. As such, my mind drifts to night-friendly gift ideas, like these glow-in-the-dark star stickers. They’re not the ticky tacky kind from the 90s mind you; this impressive set of nearly 800 stickers is designed to turn any space into a glittering night sky, right as you flick off the lights. Pretty!
Who It’s For: Your astronomy-loving kid, to decorate their bedroom. Your night-loving brother, to decorate his den. Your classroom of kids, to craft their own constellation for their walls at home.
What It Costs: $66 + free shipping.
Where It’s At: Amazon.ca
Speaking of kid-friendly and fun gift ideas, how about an extra entry into last week’s Dudley giveaway? Tell me in the comments below: did you ever plaster stars on your walls or ceilings? Would you consider doing it now with this cool set?
Dudley bonus entry: I never did ever plaster stars on my walls or ceilings but have always wanted to so I would consider doing it now with this cool set.
I never did plaster my walls when I was a kid. But I might consider doing a constellation or two with these.
I have not but my daughter did in their kids playroom. It came out really nice.. I’m not sure I would ever do it, might keep me from Sleeping.
Did it in my nieces bedroom.
Oh my gosh, I did do this when I was younger!
My daughter had stars on her ceiling when she was a little girl.
I had these on my walls when I was a kid. I loved it! Not so fun to remove though.
Yes, love these. The kids used to have them. I just saw glow in the dark paint last weekend in the store and was so tempted, so these would be great.
i did it as a kid and really enjoyed it so i can see my kids enjoying glow in the dark stars in the future too!
My son had them on his ceiling. I would consider these if they were at a lower price point.
I haven’t, but it looks like a cool idea
I plastered stars on my room ceiling as a kid but this set is way cooler and I would consider it.
I have never plastered stars on my ceiling, but it looks very cool!
Nope never did this as a child. Although I love the look of it those bits of lights would impede my sleep.
Love this new take on an old decorative piece for kids rooms. Stickers are so much easier to put up and take down.
