Find of the Month: CogniTea
So here we are, in February. On the upside, winter is at least halfway over for a lot of us (and where I live, we’ve had a generally mild winter so far). On the downside, you’re probably at peak ‘winter blues’ season. I know February is always a rough month for me as I feel lethargic and altogether kind of icky – too much time spent indoors! I love that the tea promotes Alpha Brain waves. I listen to a track of subliminal ocean sounds that does the same thing but I would much rather have a cup of tea and all the other benefits too!

i think it’s interesting that you can there’s no maximum steep time. usually teas get bitter if you brew too long, but this one says to brew for AT LEAST 10 min (which is great, because sometimes i start to make tea & then wander off and forget it!) 😉
