Flawless

Clarins Everlasting Foundation SPF 15What It Is: You can disagree with me if you want, but I’m telling you right now – there’s no foundation like high end foundation. What I mean by that is, you very much get what you pay for when you invest in an upscale product, like Clarins’ new Everlasting Foundation SPF 15. I’ve gotten to try it out for the last few weeks and I’m a big fan. Available in 10 shades to blend into any skintone, this luxe foundation offers plenty of benefits. It offers full coverage – and I mean full – for up to 18 hours, but goes on super lightly, so you don’t feel weighed down. The matte finish is ideal for those with shiny spots or breakouts. And the SPF 15 makes my heart happy – now I don’t have to slather on another product before layering on my foundation. It also has a pleasant tropical scent that you’ll quickly grow to love. Easy to apply, stay-all-day coverage, and protection from the sun, what more could a girl ask for?

Who It’s For: The beauty maven in your life that’s looking for a foundation change-up. Your little sis that’s never tried foundation. Your drugstore-haunting pal, that needs to be introduced to the ways and wonders of high end cosmetics.

What It Costs: Each bottle retails for $41, which is actually in the mid-range for foundation (I’ve bought pricier picks!)

Where It’s At: Drugstores and department stores across Canada that carry Clarins, as well as Clarins.ca

Bonus entry into yesterday’s Discovery Toys’ giveaway – tell me in the comments below, what foundation do you wear, if any? What shade do you think you’d wear of this product? You can check ’em all out here.

Foundation is something that I have never worn. I tried it once and it felt like wearing a mask, and that was enough for me!

  2. Heather Swanson's avatar Heather Swanson says:

    I don’t wear foundation

  3. Julie G.'s avatar Julie G. says:

I am not a foundation wearer. I tried it a couple of times, but wasn’t pleased with the look. I’d choose the ‘ivory’ one.

  4. diane's avatar diane says:

I don’t wear foundation but I am thinking of trying it. I think the colour for me would be beige.

  5. YepThatSarah's avatar Grateful Geek says:

I love Younique’s Touch powder and cream mineral foundation! I wear their Velour color because I have that light olive skin tone. The stuff makes my skin feel like silk! https://www.youniqueproducts.com/products/view/US-21401-00#.VRVei_nF87o

  6. Anne Derkat's avatar Anne Derkat says:

I haven’t used foundation in years. If I used this it would probably be Ivory or Nude.

  7. stellar's avatar stellar says:

I don’t wear foundation and only use MAC pressed powder for a finished look. If I had to choose a colour of Clarins’ new Everlasting Foundation SPF 15 it would be nude.

  8. Joan G.'s avatar Joan G. says:

I don’t foundation very often, but when I do I tend to use nude.

  9. Aimee's avatar Aimee says:

Ivory would be my shade. I don’t usually wear foundation

  10. Erin W's avatar Erin W says:

I don’t wear foundation unless it’s a fancy occasion. I’d get the porcelain!

  11. janicour's avatar janicour says:

I wear Mary Kay foundation in creamy Ivory, so I am thinking Ivory for the Clarins.

  12. cathy brown's avatar cathy brown says:

Shade 107, I wear mineral powder foundation

  13. Susan's avatar Susan says:

When I wear foundation, I have been using Avon. I would choose the Clarins Everlasting Foundation in Shade 105 (Nude).

  14. dabrowne's avatar dabrowne says:

I use Pur 4 in 1 SPF 15. I would try the Wheat shade for the summer in Clarins.

  15. Susan Patterson's avatar Susan Patterson says:

I do not usually wear foundation, but I would love to try the ivory foundation – thank you so much!

  16. tammy ta's avatar tammy ta says:

I do not use foundation-but if I was to try this is guess I would pick the nude shade.

  17. Rachel C.'s avatar Rachel C. says:

I don’t typically wear foundation, because I tend to sweat it off throughout the day (oily skin). Then again, I’ve never tried ‘high-end’ foundation really. I would pick the ivory.

  18. Sherry K's avatar Sherry K says:

I wear a tinted moisturizer. I think Nude would be the colour for me.

  19. AliKira's avatar kiraali says:

When I wear foundation I tend to wear MAC Cosmetics pressed powder of somesort. As for colour honey might be the closest for me but I’m not sure.

  20. Elena's avatar Elena says:

I wear a BB cream as my foundation now. I’d probably use the beige colour with this product.

  21. jess e's avatar jess e says:

I usually don’t wear foundation, but I think I’d be Clarins Everlasting Foundation in Shade 105 (Nude).

  22. cookie3's avatar cookie3 says:

I very rarely wear foundation but ivory would be the closest to what I’d need.

  23. Alison K's avatar Alison K says:

Discovery Toys’ bonus entry: occasionally I wear an Asian bb-cream that my friend gave me. I think Clarins’ Everlasting Foundation SPF15 shade 103-Ivory would be the one for me. Thanks

  24. katydidit21's avatar katydidit21 says:

I usually wear Neutrogena’s CC Cream instead of foundation. It’s hard to tell online, but I would probably choose the Nude shade from Clarins.

  25. Susan T.'s avatar Susan T. says:

I wear Pur Mineral powder foundation and have for 15 years. I love it! I’m super pale so I’d wear Ivory in this foundation.

  26. nicolthepickle's avatar nicolthepickle says:

I know that higher end foundation makes all the difference. I probably wouldn’t buy this online anyways though as spending $41 without being able to try the colour wouldn’t be my style. If I find it in a drugstore I’ll check it out. I’d probably be the NUDE shade.

  27. Victoria Ess's avatar Victoria Ess says:

    I don’t wear foundation

  28. Betty S's avatar Betty S says:

I don’t normally use foundation, but I think perhaps Ivory would be the colour for me
