Soul Food

Soul Chocolate

What It Is: Like you needed another excuse to eat some chocolate…but really, you can actually feel pretty good about eating a bar from Soul Chocolate. Crafted by two chocolate lovers in Toronto, these unique bars are made from single source cacao, giving each bar a distinctive flavour profile you won’t find in a typical candy bar. Available in three varieties (as well as in nib format), their scrumptious bars are sourced via direct trade, ensuring their producing farmers are paid exceptionally well.

Who It’s For: Your foodie friends, as a hostess gift. Your best friend, as breakup consolation. Yourself, for those days when nothing but chocolate will do.

What It Costs: $30 for the variety pack you see above, plus free shipping across Canada. Woo!

Where It’s At: Shop the Soul Chocolate site here.

Speaking of foodie gifts, who wants a bonus entry into my Sweetbitter giveaway? Tell me in the comments below – are you interested in trying some Soul Chocolate? What flavour?
