Glowing Hearts: 7 Limited Edition Beauty Products for Canada’s 150th
Over the past week I’ve featured quite a few limited edition Canadian products – like Dyson’s red Supersonic dryer, or yesterday’s feature on KISS nails. Today, I’m rounding up a few more limited edition picks that are geared to us Northern beauties – nab ’em while you can!
From L to R
Consonant One for All Kit – $33 ($75 Value) @ Sephora: This natural beauty brand from Ontario has packaged up some of their essentials in this handy little set at a great value. Perfect for travels across Canada this summer as you visit our national parks.
Canada 150 Feature Soap – $6.50 @ Rocky Mountain Soap Co.: Alberta-helmed Rocky Mountain Soap Co. has gotten in on the spirit with a birthday cake-scented cake accented with mint and locally sourced oats. Ideal for scrubbing off that post July 1st insect repellent after you watch the fireworks (and also amazing as a hostess gift all summer long!)
Kiehl’s Creme de Corps Limited Edition – $39: As a matter of fact, Kiehl’s has actually taken a bunch of their cult-fave products and repackaged them in exclusive Canadiana packaging with a fun, festive theme. Great for anyone celebrating a July birthday that loves the brand or for sneaking into your bridesmaids’ loot bags.
NUDESTIX Canada Day Pouch + Red Lip – $33 @ Sephora: This Canadian-owned Insta-worthy beauty brand is a homegrown family affair (and success story). While the packaging isn’t exactly overwhelmingly ‘Canadian’, the included deep burgundy red multi-tasking crayon is; it’s named ‘Deep Maple, Eh’. Use it on your lips, cheeks, and eyes for a kiss of rich colour.
Proud to Be Canadian Lipstick – $21 @M.A.C.: Many people would revere M.A.C. as *the* #1 Canadian beauty brand of all time. While it’s now owned by a U.S. company, this high end beauty brand hasn’t forgotten its roots, with the release of this limited edition, bright red lippie. Gift it to your most daring beauty friend.
Bite Beauty Canada Day Amuse Bouche Lipstick – $30 @ Sephora: Made from nothing but food grade ingredients, Canada’s Bite Beauty has been winning over legions of fans since their debut. They’re sure to recruit a few more loves with this orange-y red limited edition lipstick that’s sure to pop as bright as the July 1st fireworks.
Kat Von D Hello Canada! Limited Edition Set – $30 @ Sephora: Another limited edition set geared toward Canuck fans, this Kat Von D collection comes housed in a sleek vegan leather makeup bag with a bit of tough girl edge. Containing 3 of the brand’s popular products – including two Maple-worthy red lip products – it’s the perfect gift to ring in Canada’s 150th with!
