Distilling Happiness: Roger & Gallet Brings 150 Years of Luxury to Sephora

What It Is: Canada’s not the only one that makes 150 look good. Well technically, Roger & Gallet is actually a little older than us – this luxe Parisan brand dates back to 1862, and it’s rumored the likes of Napoleon was a fan of the brand’s artfully blended fragrances. Now you can pick up this historical line at one of Canada’s top beauty destinations – Sephora. Specifically, Sephora is carrying the newest Roger & Gallet skincare ritual, Aura Mirabilis, as well as their three signature fragrance collections: Fleur de Figuier (pictured above, a fruity floral to put you in a French Riveria state of mind), Fleur d’Osmanthus (a happy scent derived from a Chinese flower), and Gingembre Rouge (red ginger – inspired by the nation of Zanzibar). You can also check out the brand’s Rose products and their men’s collection, if you’re shopping for a lucky lad. Having tried a few of their products for myself, I can tell you that the quality is top notch – the scents are rich without being cloying, and truly pleasing to the nose. Now I just have to test ’em all out to pick a fave!

Who It’s For: Your mom, for a lovely Mother’s Day gift. Your host, for a perfect weekend guest present. Your bridesmaids, to tuck into a custom gift basket each.

What It Costs: Prices vary, starting at about $10 for a hand cream and going up to $65 for a skincare serum.

Where It’s At: Shop Roger & Gallet at Sephora!

Score an extra entry into yesterday’s brand new MONQ giveaway – tell me in the comments below; which Roger & Gallet product are you most keen on trying? Peruse ’em here.
