Spice World: Tabasco Is Going Sweet
What It Is: There are some very cool gifting ‘subcultures’ out there – one of them being the vast amount of people there that love ‘collecting’ things. While there are plenty of specialty hot sauce makers on the market, there’s a reason why Tabasco has been an enduring favourite. Available at grocery stores nationwide, this long-perfected recipe is continually being tweaked to explore other yummy flavours. The latest from Tabasco is their SWEET & Spicy variety, which packs a perfect blend of sweet heat into every bite. After embarking on a nationwide ‘Big Flavour’ tour, the brand has released this latest soon-to-be favourite flavour in grocery stores across Canada. Nab it to spice up your next meal as a host gift, or pick it up for a stocking stuffer for that spice-loving maniac in your life. Not a fan of sweet spice? As I mentioned above, the Tabasco family of hot pepper sauces now extends to seven different flavours – from smokey chipotle to tongue-stinging habanero. Want to try all of them?
