Sweet Skulls: Today’s Baking Gift Idea Makes Spooktacular Treats

What It Is: A crafty baking pan from Wilton designed to put frightful treats on your table. Designed to look like a skull, this 3D baking pan is cooked in two separate parts – simply use frosting to bring ’em together and if you really want to get creative, use the cake seam to illustrate the grizzly end your poor Yorick met to end up on your dessert table. A must-have for any Halloween fetes this season!

Who It’s For: Your baking buddy. Your Halloween hostess. Your gothic gal pal.

What It Costs: Best price I found it for was just $40.

Where It’s At: Amazon – amongst other retailers.

Score an extra entry into yesterday’s bone-warming Essentials by Nature giveaway by telling me in the comments below; what do you think of this spooky gift idea? Know anyone that would love it?

  15. Not a big fan of novelty cakes. I like serious dessert.

  16. cookie3's avatar cookie3 says:

I love baking but this type of baking is not for me. I made a novelty cake once a long time ago & used the baking form only the once so it’s a bit pricey when you think of it as a one time use item that is then going to clutter up your cupboards. So no- this is not for me.
