Find of the Month: Odacite

Over the past two months, I’ve had the delight of getting to share with you two of my new obsessions. Actually lets be honest, that’s pretty much what this blog is. But after last month’s slam dunk Yarok feature, and this month’s introduction to Odacite, I’m more excited than ever about my Finds of the Month.

Odacite Pure

So if you caught that, this month I’m pleased to share Odacité with you, a California-based company that believes you don’t have to sacrifice beauty for effectiveness – and having tried their products, I can 100% agree with that statement! All of their products are blended to order, keeping them as fresh and active as possible, maximizing the results on your end, without compromising your skin’s health, through the use of all natural ingredients.

Odacite FounderThe line’s beginnings date back to 2004, when founder Valérie Grandur was diagnosed with breast cancer. With a renewed interest in what exactly she was exposing her body to, Valérie began hand-crafting skincare blends and shipping them to clients around the world. Eventually her potent skin potions received such acclaim, she launched a full-blown brand in 2008, which has since blossomed and is now sold in 22 countries around the world, including Canada, at The Detox Market.Odacite Serums

The star products are the brand’s seasonally-themed Private Collection Serums ($159 each), each formulated to help with a typical skincare concern from that season. An Autumn On The World – the serum I’ve had a chance to try and am officially obsessed with – is loaded with Vitamin C and a host of extra virgin natural oils to boost radiance, deeply penetrate the skin, and stimulate collagen production.

As I said, Odacité was kind enough to send me a serum to try for myself, and I can truly speak to the results. Literally after just one or two days of use, my skin looked all glowy and fresh and I couldn’t help beaming in the mirror. While the price may seem a little steep, keep in mind that these formulations are so potent, you literally only need two drops, twice a day, generally blended into your existing moisturizer (although for a really intense treatment you can apply direct to your skin).

There are three other formulas in this lineup – A Winter in Paris, which primarily protects against dryness, A Spring in Tokyo, which focuses on revitalizing your skin just like the fresh blooms outdoors, and A Summer in Hossegor, which reduces the appearance of brown spots and refreshes sun-damaged skin.

Odacite Elegance Package

I’d be remiss to have you think it ends there. Odacite offers amazing gift sets filled with perfect products for your eyes, face and body – like the full-blown Elegance Gift Set ($479, above), featuring eight different products to transform every inch of your skin. While the products are not quite as concentrated as the serums, they’re still loaded with the same amazing skin-nourishing blends of oils and aloe vera juice that you’ll soon come to love.

Odacite Discovery Kit

Odacite also has these awesome Discovery Kits for a bargain price of $33. They contain enough product for you to sample their entire skincare regime for 10 days (or more, if you stretch it). They make fabulous stocking stuffers, hostess gifts, or presents for your gal pals.

Odacite Pure Elements

Odacite also offers something it calls ‘Pure Elements’, which are concentrated serums that can be used alone or in combination, depending on what you’re trying to target. Case in point? The three bottles above are a magical anti-aging cocktail when used in tandem. Odacite makes life easy by grouping some of these serums together, like the Radiant Glow Gift Set ($110) or the Ultimate Hydration Gift Set ($98), but you can also buy whatever serum you’d like to try on your own. The prices for every serum are different, which is important, because it shows that Odacite is charging you based on how rare / pricey the ingredients are, as opposed to a blanket cost.

The Detox Market

I’d like to round off this post by quickly giving a shout out to The Detox Market, which is *the* place to nab Odacite products in Canada. This Toronto-based natural beauty boutique has a HUGE range of product lines available for all of your natural beauty needs – from hair to skin to makeup and more. Plus they’re Canadian, so they offer great shipping rates and times, and 100% transparent pricing. What’s not to love?

Speaking of love! I’m so excited – I get to give away one of the serums I talked about in this post. Namely, An Autumn On The World, which is such a hot seller it flies off the virtual shelves every time The Detox Market restocks it. Want to win this $159 beauty of a skin-saver that literally works better than anything I’ve ever tried? Here’s how to enter:
