Flash Post: By Candlelight

What It Is: Heady soy candles with nature-inspired scents like fireplace-evoking Acorn or driftwood-infused Sea Coral, topped with mini-sculptures that have made the sculpture artist Michael Aram famous amongst those in the know. Bonus points for covering up the ugliness that is a burned candle when it’s not in use.
Who It’s For: Your sometimes persnickity mother-in-law that you’re trying oh-so-hard to impress. Your own mom, as a stunning birthday present that can channel her favourite memory or season with a single whiff. Your sweetheart, as a gift for the beside table to use during those romantic nights in.
What It Costs: Well they’re not cheap – but what do you expect for something this glitzy? Each artwork-infused candle is $60.
Where It’s At: Michael Aram is available at tons of retailers throughout Canada – I don’t recommend buying through the site itself as the shipping charges are pretty outlandish.
