Flash Post: From The Horse’s Mouth

What It Is: If you’re like me, figuring out how much pasta to make can be a bit of a conundrum, unless I (groan) pull out my kitchen scale. This handy measuring tool allows you to portion control your pasta in four convenient sizes – child, man, woman, and “I’m so hungry, I could eat a horse.” Simply slide in the long-stemmed noodles of your choice and toss in some boiling water for some fast-cooking, filling yumminess.
Who It’s For: That friend who’s still kicking her own butt at the gym, but can’t resist a bit of carbs in her life every now and again. Your living-on-his-own brother, to encourage him that making pasta is just barely more difficult than throwing yet another pizza pop in the microwave (and way more satisfying). Your empty nesting mom, as she learns to scale down ‘family size’ to ‘just the two of us’.
What It Costs: It’s priced at $16.90 (add a few bucks if you want stainless steel), with shipping hovering around the $8 mark.
Where It’s At: The very fun Reykjavik Corner Store.
