Flash Post: Get Cuffed
What It Is: Cufflinks by Canadian artist Zsolt Szekely in two unique finishes. The top and bottom pairs are made from transit tokens collected from destinations like DC and New Hampshire, while the sleek middle set are made from glossy wood.
Who It’s For: Your still-ruling-the-boardrooms dad, as a last-minute Father’s Day find that still has plenty of spunk. Your just-starting-a-new-job hubby, as a good luck ‘token’ to remind him of you all day. Your about-to-graduate-from-high-school brother (or son), because he needs a finishing touch to pull off wearing a tuxedo for the first time.
What It Costs: Each pair is $49.
Where It’s At: The very cool Canadian jewelery collective Made You Look. You can shop online, or visit the bricks & mortar store if you live in the T-Dot. It’s a pretty nifty concept, for the record – the shop represents over 100 self-employed designers, many of which actually create their pieces on-site and do some amazing custom work.

My hubby wears ties each Friday but I have never seen him wear cufflinks…perhaps this would be a great father’s day gift idea for him!
