Flash Post: Pen There, Done That
What It Is: Sometimes a little goes a long way. With back-to-school and the season of change upon us, how about a nice pen to slip into a loved one’s backpack or briefcase? My pick is these wooden pens from Delfonics, which mimic your ol’ #2 pencils with their hexagonal shape and smooth wooden finish, but are indeed perfect writing instruments with a long shelf life and a high-impact look. Available in the four colours pictured above, designer-y types might also appreciate the nod (but not replica) of CMYK.
Who It’s For: Your art student sibling that’s taking on their first gig at a design firm. Your favourite high schooler that’s heading back to class this week. Your good friend, that’s starting a new job this week and can use a little reminder of familiarity when they’re introduced to a strange new world.
What It Costs: Each pen is $12 – a far cry from the hundreds + you’d spend on a fancy fountain pen. You can also buy mechanical pencils for the same price from the same brand.
Where It’s At: The Ghostly Store.
I love the look of these pens! #CGG
Nice, I like to give nice writing instruements as gifts. Good man/boy gift, often hard to shop for them.

Cool idea to have pens in a wooden casing! #CGG
