Photo Booth Kit

What It Is: A major wedding trend over the last few years has been setting up a professional ‘photo booth’ where your guests can don some silly props and take some candid shots apart from the more formal setting. But who says that needs to stop at weddings? Not the folks behind this crafty kit, which features 20 cardstock props your guests can don to take some wacky and wonderful photos at your next shindig. Set them up in a basket along with a camera and a quick instruction card and you’re guaranteed to have some amazing snaps to review the next morning. And of course, the kit also pulls double duty *for* weddings, if you’re looking for a little uniformity in your hilarity.

Who It’s For: The bride-to-be (or her groom), to add another layer of fun to their festivities. The hostess of an open house party, to liven things up. Your hipster little brother, to roll out at his next board game / craft beer night.

What It Costs: $24

Where It’s At: Drake General Store, which also has a bricks & mortar presence in Toronto.

Oh hey. Want a bonus entry into this week’s Motif draw? Just tell me in the comments below – what do you think of this gift idea?
