Archie Grand Cool NotebooksWhat It Is: A set of blank of notebooks with cheerful covers and rather narrow focuses. When I say that, I mean that each notebook has a cover that ties in the expression ‘I <verb> and liked.’ In reality, one isn’t going to fill a 120-page notebook with shoes they owned and like or models they met and liked (unless they’re maybe Hugh Hefner), but the idea here is to find a book that ties into a friend or family member’s interests, to show you’re paying attention…but also giving them plenty of blank space to explore their thoughts, doodles, to-do lists, and everything in-between.

Who It’s For:  It’s a pretty damn expansive collection so really you could hand one over to as a thank you to a service provider / friend, perhaps give one of the traveling-oriented ones to a pal that’s about to take a backpacking sojourn around the globe, or to a sibling that just got a new gig in her dream career field. It’s one of those ‘gifts for everyone’ type of presents – as long as whoever you’re buying for you know, would use a notebook.

What It Costs: Based on current exchange rates, about $17 Canadian per book, with free shipping worldwide.

Where It’s At: The Archie Grand website.

Macadamia bonus entry! Tell me in the comments below – which of these fun notebooks would you pick for yourself (link is above)? For a friend or loved one?
