What It Is: Have you checked out Indigo’s collection of housewares lately? They’re getting pretty darn expansive. Personally I’m drawn to their lovely line of throw cushions, which come in a range of colours, textures, and notably, sayings. The neutral colours and styles make them easy to add a conversational touch to your bed, futon, or couch, while the inspirational (but hardly cheesy) messages will perk up your day.
Who It’s For: Your mom, to decorate her screened-in porch area. Your friend, as a fun housewarming pick. Your niece, to complement her new ‘grown-up’ bedroom makeover.
What It Costs: The pillows range in price, but most of the ones I featured above are $39.50. Indigo also regularly has promotions on their housewares (like buy one pillow, get the second one for 50% off).
