Up, Up & Away

With the holiday party season nearly upon us (plus some Halloween bashes tomorrow night and this upcoming weekend I’m sure), many ladies are starting to scope the racks for that perfect sparkly top or dress for everything from a corporate gala to a family dinner to a glittering New Year’s Eve. That being said, many of the most festive frocks also feature tricky backless panels that may make some ladies balk. That is, until they discover today’s awesome wardrobe solutions (and more) brand – Bring It Up. This nifty company has pulled together some really smart products that can help you tug and lift various parts of your body (and wardrobe) to perfection – making you feel comfortable and confident no matter what you’re rocking. I’ve picked out five products that are particularly worth checking out for yourself or your pals. As an FYI, this post is a little NSFW – so choose whether to keep on reading from here on out based on where you’re reading from.

Bring It Up Instant Breast LiftInstant Breast Lift – $20 for 8
Alrighty. Let’s get down to business. If you’re daring to bare in a backless dress or your gals just ain’t as perky as they used to be – the Instant Breast Lift (Bring It Up’s signature product) is your new best friend. These stick-on breast shapers are easy to apply and give you bra-like support, whether you’re wearing a swimsuit on holidays or you’re shining in a spectacular party dress. I actually got to try some out for myself and they are super easy to apply and remove, and quite comfortable – you’ll barely notice them in no time. These make a great stocking stuffer for any woman that’s a little wary of going braless, or gift them to your bridesmaids after you force a backless dress on them for your wedding. If you’re looking for something reusable, they also sell ‘Breast Shapers’ for $34 which can be reused about 25 times.

Bring It Up Instant Face LiftInstant Face Lift – $20 for 16 Brow Lifts & 16 Neck Lifts
After you’ve taken care of the ladies, consider perking up what’s above your chest too. These invisible pieces of tape will help lift up sagging eyebrows and forehead skin to instantly brighten the eye area and make you look refreshed and energetic. Ditto on the neck ones – where aging often shows up prematurely on the neck, you won’t rush to slip on a scarf or a turtleneck after slipping some of these beauties on. As fair warning, they primarily work best for ladies with hair that’s at least chin-length that also have bangs or some sort of fringe near their eyes – otherwise they can be quite visible. Gift them to your lady friends after they ask what your secret is.

The Bra ClipThe Bra Clip – $8 for 3
My friend introduced me to these ingenious little devices (after a friend introduced them to HER) a few summers ago and I’ve been coveting them ever since – I’m glad to pay good advice forward and tell you Bring It Up has got ’em. Anyway the gist of these simple clips is they turn your regular bras into racerbacks with a few quick loops. This is ingenious because it means you don’t need to buy a racerback bra to go with your similarly-designed tops – and even if you’ve got one (or a convertible bra), you can leave it home while traveling in lieu of a much smaller and lighter clip instead. Great stocking stuffer for your teen girls, or make like my friend did and gift them to your girlfriends.

Bring It up Don't Come UndonDon’t Come Undone Apparel Tape – $8
Shifty bra straps. Puckering buttonholes. Billowy necklines. Whatever your wardrobe challenges, Bring It Up’s adhesive dots and strips can help you solve them. Simply place a piece or two where you need a little extra stay-put power and go through your day feeling confident and collected. Discrete and non-damaging there are genuinely endless uses for this stuff – there’s a good reason why every Hollywood stylist has a stash of double-stick tape in her wardrobe kit; Don’t Come Undone just simplifies the process.

DoubleTalksDoubleTalks – $10 each
These heart-shaped breast petals offer Bring It Up’s trademark loaded & lifted support, but with a cheeky twist. Available in three styles and scents, they’re a sexy surprise when you’re prepping for a romantic rendezvous (just imagine his surprise as he slips off your swimsuit or top!) They also work under a wedding dress – since so many feature keyhole backs these days – as a nipple protector and wow factor once your wedding night arrives. Buy ’em for yourself to ‘gift’ the lucky lass or lad in your life that you get intimate with.

As you’ve probably deduced, Bring It Up does ship to Canada. Thanks to the small and light size of their products, shipping rates are pretty reasonable too. In general, wardrobe solutions veer between being a very personal present or something you share with your closest friends. A hostess won’t necessarily appreciate a pair of DoubleTalks, but your sister will be jazzed to find a pack of bra clips tucked in with the fun top you buy her for her birthday. Anyway, if you’d like to get your self in ship shape order, Bring It Up is giving away a prize package filled with $100 worth of their goodies! Here’s how to enter:
