Florals don’t have to automatically translate into fusty ol’ pastels, as this striking navy blue dress demonstrates. Emblazoned with bright pops of pink, orange and white dahlias, you can rock this pretty frock to anywhere from an Easter brunch to a spring wedding to an office luncheon with no problems. Buy it for your wife or your sister as a gorgeous birthday gift.
Cadaudda Floral Sandal – $80 @ Aldo
A printed shoe is a simple way to take an everyday outfit from wow to pow! This striking pair mixes not two, but three prints – giving a hint of stripes, a petite abstract floral on the straps, and a tropical-inspired pattern on the heel. The overall effect can take any basic LBD into total siren territory. A cool choice to gift your Maid of Honour for a job well done on your wedding shower.
Floral Pearl Pouch – $58 @ Anthropologie
If you want to add just a hint of floral to your formal attire, this petite beaded pouch is an elegant way to do so. With spectacular, 1920s style embroidery, you should have enough space to stash a few essentials before hitting the town. The cute white florals and gold beading go great with everything from a brightly coloured spring dress to a simple off-white sheath; consider gifting this one to mom for Mother’s Day next month.

Marc Jacobs first fragrance, Daisy, will go down in my books (and on my vanity) as one of my fave floral perfumes ever. And so each spring, I’m always psyched to see how they’ve reinvented this iconic scent. This year, they’ve got two offerings. Daisy Eau So Fresh Delight lightens up the florals in favour of pure sweetness and light – with bubbly notes of raspberry and blood orange tempered by delicate violet and Tiare flower. Meanwhile, Daisy Delight has been given a bold, zesty new makeover, with fruity quince and apple dominating while being grounded with earthy tones of sandalwood and cedar. As with all of these spin-off fragrances, I’d say if you’re a fan of the original, they’re at least worth a whiff – somehow these two perfumes manage to capture exactly what I loved about the original Daisy but also feel uniquely their own. A wonderful choice for Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries or congratulations.

I celebrate easter by having all 3 grandchildren over to decorate eggs and cookies and of course the egg hunt.afterwards the entire family from both sides go to my sons house where he has cooked up a storm for easter dinner.wonderfull food and great conversation.everyone together .usually we have a game soccer out in the yard.
