Enviable Beauty

Maleficent Collection MAC CosmeticsWhat It Is: Fairy tale heroines – and villainesses, if we’re being real – are amongst the most glam of fictional characters. So it’s no wonder that they’ve become the subject of inspiration for a number of cosmetics collaborations, the most recent of which is Disney’s forthcoming Maleficent film starring Angelina Jolie. M·A·C Cosmetics has just launched a new line of gothic-inspired cosmetics to help any wannabe queen get her drama on. The range includes everything from a neutral sculpting powder to a powerful bright red lip lineup to a trio of polishes (including a perfect true black) to faux lashes and a deep yet warm-hued eyeshadow palette to help you craft the perfect villain-inspired look.

Who It’s For: Fangirls rooting for Maleficent over Sleeping Beauty all these years. Beauty mavens that love limited edition lines. Makeup artists that are looking for some dramatic additions to their collections.

What It Costs: Prices range from $21 – $52.50 (most are around the $21-$25 mark)

Where It’s At: The collection is available online starting now and in stores from May 15 through to June 26, while supplies last.
