Merry Moms
Today’s gift guide is geared toward the moms in your life – I’m talking the in-laws, the mother of your child, the next-best-thing-to-mom, grandma, and of course, your actual mom. That’s not to say there aren’t TONS of ideas on this list that would work for ladies of any age, but I specifically chose things here that I thought might appeal to a more sophisticated, mature taste, for a woman that knows what she wants in life after years of experience. And with that, let’s begin.

Garneau Slippers is a Canadian brand that handmakes the most comfortable, cozy, durable slippers I’ve ever worn in my life (and trust me, I know, I’ve been wearing mine while writing most of my posts for this holiday season. Made from real sheepskin and suede, these snuggly slippers are available in a range of styles – from a slide-on mule to a new and ultra-cute bootie style to the classic ankle height style you see above. The Garneau slippers and Night Before Christmas tea set are my favourites!
My mom would love the Night Before Christmas tea set from DAVIDsTEA. As well, the heated butter knife sounds AMAZING.
I am so in need of a new pair of slippers. The Garneau ones would fit the bill for the bitter winter we are approaching.

The Suede and Sheepskin slippers from Garneau, the clocks from Allen Design are great -very whimsical, For a young mother or grandmother Wind knots necklaces are really unique. Imagine getting the child to do a card for grandma and using the drawing as the necklace present -what a wonderful gift.
