Fall Crush
It’s been awhile since I’ve highlighted some of my coveted products – so without further ado, here’s some fall faves I’m crushing on at the moment.
iPhone 6s Crystal Clear Case – $15.99 @ Amazon.ca – I treated myself to a new iPhone recently, not because I’m a huge Apple geek but because it was simply time. My first order of business after acquiring a rose gold phone? Get a clear case so I can show off that purty new colour. This crystal clear one should definitely do the trick.
Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation – $82 @ The Detox Market – As the name would suggest, foundation is the most important base to your entire face of makeup. I usually splurge on Armani foundation, but I tried a sample of this natural alternative recently and fell in love. My Armani one is almost done, so time to stock up on something natural! Also, while the initial investment is heavy, you can buy ‘refills’ for half the cost going forward. Genius.
You Got What I Need Cardigan – $88 @ Ever Rose – Ever Rose now carries sweaters, tops, cardigans and more, and with fall firmly setting in, there’s never been a better time to stock up on a fun and different new cardi. I love this adorable one, which has ‘Heart On My Sleeve’ embroidered on the back and features an actual intarasia heart on the sleeve. Cute and comfy!
Salad Samurai: 100 Cutting-Edge, Ultra-Hearty, Easy-to-Make Salads You Don’t Have to Be Vegan to Love by Terry Hope Romero – $17.45 @ Amazon.ca – I got this ‘cookbook’ from the library awhile ago and fell in love. First, I love making a good meal-sized salad for dinner at least once a week, and this book seriously elevates your options. Second, the recipes often use the same base ingredients – whether dressings, fake bacon bits, croutons, etc. So you can prep a larger amount off the hop and meal time is a snap later. Oh, and did I mention they all taste amazing?
