10 for $10: Bookworm Edition

10 for $10 Bookworm Edition

This month I’m giving a shoutout to my fellow bookworms by featuring 10 fun gift ideas for book lovers under $10 a pop! Of course, all prices don’t account for shipping and taxes – but you can certainly treat a reading nerd to something awesome from this list 🙂

Literary Notebooks

Literary Notebooks – $5-$6 each @ Outofprint Clothing
For the record, this entire store is chockful of great gift ideas for bookworms, but these cute notebooks featuring infamous book covers are definitely an affordable find!

Lady Macbeth's Guest Soap

Lady Macbeth’s Guest Soap – $3 @ The Unemployed Philosopher’s Guild
This is the gift idea that inspired this post actually. I just thought it was too clever for words – and a perfect hostess gift for Shakespeare fans.

Magnetic Bookmarks

Magnetic Bookmarks – $4.50 each at Indigo
Never lose your place again! These handy (and adorable) bookmark trios are a must-have for everything from your day planner to those two or three books you have on the go.

Twist and Flick Butterbeer Lip Balm

Twist & Flick Butterbeer Lip Balm – $4.50 @ The Gloomy Light
Get ready to pucker up with this sweeter than sweet Harry Potter-inspired lip balm. Scented with the sweet caramel sugar aroma of Butterbeer, this ultra-smoothing balm will cast a spell on your lips!

Book Lovers Wax Tart Candles

Soy Candle Tarts – $9.04 each @ Frostbeard Studio
Inspired by favourite reading nooks and imaginary lands alike, these neat little soy wax nuggets can be melted down to give your home an incredible aroma.

So Many Books Necklace

So Many Books, so Little Time Necklace – $6.99 @ Amazon.ca

A cute charm for any book lover, this precious little necklace makes a great stocking stuffer or gift for a gal pal.

John Green Prints

John Green Book Prints – $7 @ Redbubble
Technically one of these prints isn’t a John Green quote, but it factors heavily into his debut novel, Looking For Alaska. The perennially popular author’s books are loaded with memorable quotes, several of which have been rendered in teen-wall-worthy prints.

Literary Tea Collection

Literary Teas – $9.75 each @ Simpson & Vale
Nothing goes quite as well with a great book than a warm cup of tea. These cute tins of tea are inspired by literary greats and make great keepsake canisters afterward. Fair warning – shipping is spendy on here but appears to be flat rate, so stock up!

Book Cell Phone Case

Gmyle Book Case for Galaxy Note Phones – $8 @ Amazon.com
Love your tech but want a more old timey look? Channel shelves of leather-backed tomes with this phone case. It also props up your phone for easy ereading and has slots for cards!

Paperback

Demeter Fragrance Library Paperback Perfume – From $6
True book lovers enjoy nothing more than the smell of musty old books – so Demeter Fragrance Library has bottled that aroma up for a quick pick-me-up whenever you’re in need of some comfort.
