Let’s Stay In: Date Night Made Easy

Date Night In Box.PNG

What It Is: Let’s face it – date night out isn’t as simple as it used to be. With a third wave baby boom happening, and many venues feeling more apt for a rowdy group of co-eds than an intimate evening together, it’s no wonder many people are opting for date night in. If you want to spice things up, however, you may want to check out the Date Night In subscription box. For as little as $31 a box on a year-long subscription (way cheaper than dinner out for two), you can receive everything you need for a lovely date night in. Each box is craftily themed and includes everything from a Spotify playlist to a recipe suggestion to activities you can do together – often unplugged.

Who It’s For: The newlyweds. The new parents. The new empty nesters.

What It Costs: $34.99 USD for an a la carte date or $380 for 12 dates (with smaller subscriptions available in between). Plus $8 shipping per box to Canada.

Where It’s At: Learn more and sign up here.

Want an extra entry into last week’s YULU games giveaway? Tell me in the comments below – would you sign up for this box? Gift it to someone else?

It’s a great idea – but I would probably make up my own for my BFF and her husband. I have a good sense of their tastes and their dislikes.

This one is not for me.

  14. Filipa says:

My husband and I are new parents but this is not exactly the type of thing I would pay money for (i.e. subscribe to). Perhaps if we received it as a gift we would try it out … but, for us, it would not be worth the cost.
