Reader’s Delight
What It Is: Are you a reading fanatic? Do you devour books like they’re candy? Are your shelves living walls of (book) spine art? If so, I may have something to feed your addiction. Book Outlet is a cool site I’ve recently encountered which, as you may imagine by its name, sells bargain books at incredible prices. What’s great is compared to an actual bargain book section of a store, it’s super easy to navigate, and they still get super hot titles in – like The 5th Wave (which just hit theatres) and bestselling author Jojo Moyes. There are even coffee table books, cookbooks and more. Plus, shipping to Canada ain’t half-bad, even with Canada’s less than awesome exchange rate – you won’t be able to pass up these unbelievable book prices!
Who It’s For: Stock up on books for your avid reading sibling, nephew or niece, child, spouse, or best friend. Or give them a gift card and let them go crazy browsing!
What It Costs: Most books I saw were in the $6 – $11 USD range, but some were lower or higher. Shipping is a base rate of $3.25 plus $0.80 per item.
Where It’s At: Visit Book Outlet and stock up your to read pile this winter!
BONUS entry into yesterday’s Fitness Gifts giveaway – tell me in the comments below; what book on the Book Outlet site are you interested in nabbing?
I love Book Outlet as well. I’ve been using it for the last two years to buy my books, because they are such a fabulous price. There is a site for Canadians http://bookoutlet.ca/, you will get the books in Canadian pricing, and shipping is cheaper. I made the same mistake and ordered from the bookoutlet.com site, and got charged more for shipping. Happy Reading 🙂
