A Pressing Matter
What It Is: Gift guides are fine and all, but I also love to feature the other side of gifting – greetings and wrap. Not every occasion is a gift-giving one after all, but a card is basically a way of handing your emotions to a loved one in a much more eloquent / charming / witty way than you possibly could on your own. Enter Dani Press, crafted in Toronto, this sweet brand carries primarily photography-based greeting cards for every occasion in your life, from encouragement and breakups to birthdays and love. The images are often Instagram-worthy, with a simple text note (or no text at all) that wonderfully captures a particular feeling. I already spotted a dozen that I’m itching to order and gift to my friends!
Who It’s For: Literally anyone celebrating (or going through) anything – they’ve got you covered!
What It Costs: Most cards are $2.50 – $4.50 (many of them are on sale, including ones from the photo collection I highlighted above – but there are many other styles beyond this ‘look’).
