Let’s Boogie

Boogie Board

What It Is: With school back in session right away, everyone’s going to be busy zipping everywhere – but here’s a creative way to stay in touch. Boogie Boards are LCD writing tablets that are similar to say, an ereader, in terms of their lightness and functionality, but with one key difference: You can scribble notes on them. Everything from homework  and chores to grocery lists and social plans can be jotted down – and erased with the touch of a button. It’s a charmingly low-fi way to keep in touch at home, especially with younger kids that aren’t old enough to have their own phones.

Who It’s For: Your family, to stay connected. Your coworker, to leave fun and work-related notes for each other. Your teen, to stash in their locker.

What It Costs: About $39.

Where It’s At: Amazon.ca or The Shopping Channel.

BONUS Entry into my back-to-school giveaway. Tell me in the comments below – would you gift this cool gadget to someone? Who?

No, I don’t think I would gift this. Maybe a marker and a few post it notes instead.

  2. Oh gosh yes! I think it is neat for kids and adults. Great for making quick lists or teaching kiddies how to print!

Hmm, I don’t know about this one. Seems a bit overkill. A small white board would do the job.

BONUS Back-to-School Entry: I wouldn’t gift this cool gadget to someone because there are similar products out there that doesn’t need electricity/batteries to operate. I’d rather just go old school. Thanks
