This isn’t the first time I’ve written about Raclette, but I will happily take any opportunity to remind you of its awesomeness. I am seriously considering heading over to Golda’s for the potato chip makers – have you tried them? Were they any good? We love our chips and are trying to reduce calories and fat – that chip tray might go a long way toward that goal.
Hey Colleen, I haven’t tried that particular device but I can say I’ve made homemade chips in the microwave and they were delish! If you’re going to buy a chip plate, I’d also recommend investing in a mandoline slicer to get that perfect uber-thin slice.

Those pop chip tray things look amazing. But Velata does to, and I think I’d like the curve b&w and the dark chocolate with some white chocolate mixed in to go with it. So cool!
