I love me a graphic print – my house is rife with them – but something about Honey & Bloom’s collection particularly caught my eye. Maybe it’s the way designer Becky Hui Chan uses so few colours (in most prints) yet can still create vibrant, dynamic images that leap off the wall. Heck, my favourite print of the lot is actually the ‘Seeing wonderful things’ text-based print you see above – and that literally uses two colours. It just goes to show you that less can truly be more when it comes to home decor. The four prints above represent a cross-section of what you can expect when perusing Honey & Bloom’s collection of prints, however I should note that there are also a handful of smaller, gold debossed prints that would look ultra cute above your friend’s desk, or hanging in your bathroom. Oooh! Lovely! I was fortunate to meet Anna Sui a few weeks ago at a special luncheon hosted by The Bay’s Beauty Guru Extraordinaire, Dave Lackie. Anna Sui was a gracious host and was so completely down-to-earth. She chatted with us all and took pics with each and every one of the honoured attendees. Her product line is not only beautiful and amazing but absolutely phenomenal! Did you know that ALL of her products are scented with her signature scent, Lavender Tea Rose? Including the nail polish! No more (as my husband says every time I pull out my polishes) “stinking up the place”!

I absolutely love the Chunky knit throw, especially because I can’t seem to knit no matter how hard I try. The teas look super cute and tasty. I hardly ever do my nails but I love the adorable nail polish bottles. I’m a sucker for pretty packaging.
