Hey all & Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s your friendly neighbourhood gift giving blogger here. I’m currently on a bucket list trip in a far-flung corner of the world getting a whole different type of inspiration as we head into the holiday season. To give myself a little breathing room, I’m taking this week off from new postings! However, that doesn’t mean you can’t still go back and check out years worth of archived posts for fabulous gifting ideas of your own.

Plus, follow me on Instagram @cdngiftguide – you may see some snaps from my trip pop up on there!

Finally, I thought I’d survey you all – if you want to earn a bonus entry into my Present Day Find of the Month giveaway, leave me a comment below with a link back to your favourite gift idea (so far) on the Canadian Gift Guide in 2016. Just browse through my archived posts here and pick your fave(s). You can also use the categories on the lefthand side of the site to peruse certain types of gifts as well!

Catch you on the flip side!

We had a few weddings this summer, so this was my favourite post. It was a huge help in deciding on what to wear.

I think the Roots blanket wrap is a fantastic gift idea; it’s great to support Canadian businesses and perfect to stay cozy during the colder holiday months. Plus it’s suitable for anyone!

One of my favourites was one of your most recent! The multicultural cooking box! We love getting subscription boxes as gift (my husband gets Loot Crate, I get FabFitFun and my kids get Little Passports) but this was like a whole new world! I love multicultural cooking and this is a great opportunity to try new recipes! I put it on my wishlist immediately and purchased it for a friend’s birthday! Thank you!
